My Mission

Hey! My name is Savannah, you might’ve seen me on social media from my old drawing videos, photography page, or maybe met me in person. I love meeting new people and learning their stories! If you don’t already know me, let me tell you a little bit about myself:

Ever since I was a kid, i’ve always wanted to travel the world. I‘ve always found the world so fascinating and immersive but never knew where to start. Do I travel? Do I start in my hometown? So many endless options and it overwhelmed me.

I got stuck up on that loop for years, instead escaping through drawing, anime, and video games, fantasizing that it’ll be me one day traveling the world, or going on insane adventures. They were my happy escape, until I had enough sitting in front of a screen or at a desk, wishing it was me. I put it all away for a really long time to figure out what I wanted to do with my life.

I decided to start storytelling. I have always wanted to become a full time content creator, film everything around me and share it with others so they can also experience what I end up stumbling upon!

Since I’ve ever owned a touchscreen smartphone, I took some really awesome photos that always blew my family away. It always made me want to become a photographer but it was all too scary. The buttons, the screen, all of the terms and big letters…but I ended up taking a huge risk in 2022. I put my pencils, controllers, and phone down to pick up my first real camera! I educated myself for 9 months about everything. The buttons, the terms, the logic behind knowing your camera, and it went everywhere with me while I did it! I actually ended up upgrading to my dream camera in 2024, the Sony A7rV.

But I ended up not doing anything with my footage or photos that I spent hours capturing for over 3 years.I now owned my dream camera, spent my life’s savings to start my career and ended up totally stumped. I literally couldnt figure out what I was doing wrong or what was wrong with me…

See, I have tried to make every possible photography niche work: Portraits, People, Street, Automotive, Pets, Weddings, Macro, Astro, every single thing you can think of, but ya know I absolutely neglected wildlife photography. There was no purpose, no hate, I simply wasn’t interested at all. I ended up getting so burnt out with it all that I quit my day job to force something work…

I quit my 40/hr a week job selling memberships and credit cards, and finally decided to take a huge risk, but I failed horribly. I ended up sitting at a window for hours wondering what I did wrong while looking for a new job, watching the birds, the trees and the bugs. But then I noticed something…I was actually watching birds, bugs, animals, trees, nature, wildlife! I was actually starting to become fascinated with wildlife.

I started taking photos, videos, and audio recordings little by little. I became so involved with birding and building this relationship with nature, one day it all clicked.

This was my purpose, connecting with nature, wildlife, and collecting so many new things every day. Nothing ever looked the same, and you can never experience the same thing twice.

That was the missing piece.

In the middle of 2025, I decided to call myself a wildlife photographer. I still mix in other niches here and there, but this aligned with my life’s purpose perfectly.

Now that you know the context, heres the mission:

I am on a mission to travel the world. I want to capture its story, the people, the wildlife, nature itself, the planet, and share the world with everyone to bring back community and build connections with one another. I think there is far too much hate on this earth. We tend to take it out on each other and the planet that we should be taking care of.

Our planet is suffering because of humans…but nobody seems to care. I could once say the same, simply because I was uneducated. I wish to educate people like the nature that educates me every day! We need more of that in this world, less destruction and violence that only brings more evil.

The world around us doesn’t deserve to suffer because humans are uneducated.

We need to do better.

Through my content, I hope to educate everyone about the world around us so we can do better as people to take care of our wildlife, our trees, ourselves, each other, for completely free.
